BIG Brother’s General Hospital has sparked tension among housemates – and tonight two stars finally clash.
Viewers will see backstabbing galore and housemates turning on each other during the latest shopping task.

The task requires the group to improve the performance of Big Brother’s General Hospital by earning points toward an “exceptional standard of care” rating.
Only by reaching the “exceptional” level can the housemates earn a luxury shopping budget.
As the doctors begin their diagnoses in scenes that will air tonight, Jenny says: “Well whining, it is Sam because all he does is moan. ‘Lazy bones syndrome’ is Elsa because she’s never out of bed.”
Referring to Tate, Marcus adds: “Out of the ones we’ve got there, I would go for ‘spineless disorder’ because of the nominations and he was there for about a half-hour.”
Jenny agrees, saying: “Aye, he didn’t have the balls to say how he felt.”
Caroline joined in, saying: “He was rubbish at that.”
During the task, patient Teja is diagnosed with “whing-itis” and prescribes a green slime disguised as “medicine,” which Doctor Caroline is responsible for administering.
When presented with the concoction, Teja protests: “No, it f*****g stinks, I actually can’t.”
Caroline encourages her, saying: “Hold your nose…” while Jenny adds: “I’m gonna be sick again.”
In the process of giving Teja the medicine, Caroline accidentally gets slime on Teja’s pyjamas and in her hair.
A little later, Caroline asks: “Do you want to go outside for some fresh air? I think you need to.”
Teja responds: “Caroline, please get away from me. Please.”
Caroline replies: “I had to do it. You said…”
Teja shot back: “You didn’t need to squirt it all over me.”
But Caroline defends herself, saying: “It wouldn’t go in your mouth.”
Teja blasts her excuse, saying: “So you squirted it all over me ‘cause it wouldn’t go in my mouth? … It wasn’t funny.”
As Caroline walks away, she mutters: “God, whingy. Trouble again, I’m in big trouble again.”
Caroline has been winding up the housemates for weeks.
She revealed she’s close mates with Nigel Farage and refused to get into a debate with Teja about the controversial politician.
Caroline later shocked viewers and her co-stars when called housemate Zelah, who was born female but transitioned, “a girl”.
She was hauled into the Diary Room where she was given a formal warning for her comments and behaviour.
Caroline was informed that any further instance of such language could result in her removal from the house.
