Lucy Beaumont ELIMINATED in Agony – Discovers the TRAITOR Cat Burns at the Last Second and an Ironically BITTER End!

It was a dramatic end to last Thursday’s episode of Celebrity Traitors after a huge twist revealed the next star would be murdered face to face with the traitors.

As half the remaining cast were saved by shields from the day’s mission, it was Lucy Beaumont, Nick Mohammad and Kate Garraway who the traitors set their sights on to be killed.

The episode ended with the three heading to the chess board in the dead of night, and as their fates were revealed on Wednesday, it was Lucy who met her bitter end.

However the comedian failed to see the funny side and was left raging as she was killed at the hands of Cat Burns, Alan Carr and Jonathan Ross.

Addressing the traitors she exclaimed: ‘Oh my god. I hope you feel terrible about yourselves,’ before directing her comments to Cat who she has struck up a firm friendship with during her time in the castle.

Looking at Cat she said: ‘I’m not happy with you at all. You have played this really, really well.’

As Cat tried to placate her friend with a: ‘Sorry Lucy,’ the Hull comic fired back: ‘That’s not good enough.’

Jonathan added: ‘See you Lucy, wouldn’t want to be you’.

Lucy later sat down in front of the camera to reflect on her death as she added: ‘I can’t believe it was Cat.

‘I’ve totally let my emotions cloud things and not wanting to believe that because I’ve built up a friendship with somebody that they are not capable of doing it. And Alan, he killed Paloma.

She then added: ‘There was an element of real shock and feeling quite betrayed, but also a relief at knowing who they are. I can’t believe it.’

Fans were equally as devastated as they took to Twitter to share their outrage.

They penned: ‘NOOOO, NOT LUCY.’; ‘Im still upset about lucy being murdered…..This is not alright….’

Others were less sympathetic as they added: ‘Also Lucy having a lowkey attitude towards cat..babe u SIGNED UP FOR THE GAME You knew there was a chance she could betray you’;

‘The celebrities have proper taken all this to heart “my emotions have got the best of me” for f**k sake they’ve not actually killed you Lucy’.

With Lucy and Cat’s friendship now on the rocks, it wouldn’t be the first time things have turned personal this series.

Earlier this week Alan Carr confessed he’s no longer friends with Paloma Faith as he broke his silence on their feud after dramatically ‘murdering’ her in plain sight.

The comedian, 49, admitted the pregnant singer, 44, was furious at being the first victim on the BBC show as he opened up about their real-life tension.

Speaking on his Life’s A Beach podcast with DJ Norman Cook, aka Fatboy Slim, he said: ‘I’m killing people willy nilly – I’ve got a real taste for it. I killed Paloma Faith. She’s not happy about it.’

When Norman asked, ‘Aren’t you mates with Paloma?’, Alan replied, ‘Well, I was…’

The presenter said Paloma has made it very clear to him that she was hurt by his betrayal in the series.

He explained: ‘She said, “If you were a real friend, you wouldn’t have killed me.” But I said, “I’m the Traitor! The show’s called The Traitors – it does what it says on the tin.”

‘There’ve been a few little TikToky things where she says I’ve let her down because I killed her in plain sight.’

Alan insisted that despite the backlash from fans, he’d simply been playing the game – and panicked in the moment.

He added: ‘It’s like going on Naked Attraction and being told, what, I have to take my knickers off? You know what you’re signing up for!’

Alan Carr has revealed he’s no longer friends with Paloma Faith as he broke his silence on their feud after dramatically ‘murdering’ her

Explaining his decision to ‘murder’ Paloma by touching her face with the pollen of a faux poisoned lily – as per the rules – he joked: ‘I can’t start stroking Stephen Fry’s face and Celia Imrie’s – not at my age! I look creepy as it is.’

Alan revealed he is now desperate to make amends with the Only Love Can Hurt Like This hitmaker.

‘I’m going to take her for dinner,’ he said. ‘I love her. I’m such a big fan of her and she’s the best – but no one wants to be murdered first on a show. I panicked.’
