Last-Minute Betrayal: Kate Garraway Vows to Expose Alan Carr’s Entire ‘Traitor’ Game Plan!

In a shocking twist straight out of the treacherous world of The Traitors, ousted star Kate Garraway has lifted the lid on comedian Alan Carr’s masterful strategy, predicting he could snatch the crown in the nail-biting finale. The 58-year-old presenter, fresh from her dramatic banishment from the Scottish castle, didn’t hold back as she dissected Alan’s cunning gameplay during a candid chat on Romesh Ranganathan’s Radio 2 Celebrity Traitors special.

Kate, who played as a Faithful before her untimely exit, boldly declared: “I think he’s going to win. I don’t know. I’m going to say it now.” But she wasn’t stopping at mere speculation—she vowed to unravel the 49-year-old funnyman’s “genius game plan” that has kept him under the radar and in the running for the £100,000 charity prize.

Spilling the beans, Kate revealed how the cast was grilled with two truthful questions followed by the ultimate probe: “Are you a Traitor?” The key to spotting deception? A subtle eye flicker, she explained. “The flaw in the plan was everybody slightly flickered, their eyes changed,” Kate dished. “When you say ‘are you a mother of five,’ they just go yes because they’re relaxed about that.”

But Alan? He flipped the script entirely. “On every single one, Alan looked guilty, even on the ones that were true,” Kate confessed with a mix of awe and amusement. “So therefore, I think his thing is that he looks guilty, and the more he mucks up and the more he sweats and the more he can’t get out loud ‘I’m a Faithful,’ then the more it plays into ‘Alan’s just being Alan.’ And I think that’s going to be the genius.”

This calculated chaos has turned Alan into a fan favorite, blending his signature awkward charm with strategic slip-ups that deflect suspicion. As the show hurtles toward its climax next week, could this be the ultimate betrayal blueprint that propels him to victory?

Kate’s own journey on the BBC hit was nothing short of transformative. Banished just shy of the grand prize for her chosen charity, the mum-of-two opened up about the emotional rollercoaster. “The whole experience has been transforming,” she shared. “It’s been lovely to meet people from different worlds. After five nearly six years of caring for someone you love, your world goes very in, and you’re literally thinking every minute of the day: ‘Have I done the medication? What happens next? Where do we need to go?'”

Amid the post-show buzz, Kate also addressed swirling rumors of a cast feud by revealing the one celebrity who’s notably absent from the sizzling Celebrity Traitors WhatsApp group. The series, which wrapped filming in early May 2025, has kept fans hooked with its blend of deception and drama, culminating in the finale airing on November 6.

Speaking to The Sun, Kate spilled: “The WhatsApp group is popping off all day and night, actually. It’s brilliant. We invited Claudia [Winkleman] to join the group because we all adore Claudia, obviously. But she said no. She said, ‘You need a place that’s just for you guys now that you’re out and you know what’s going on.'”

With alliances shattered and secrets exposed, Kate’s revelations add fuel to the fire as viewers gear up for what could be Alan’s triumphant—or traitorous—endgame. Will his “guilty” facade hold up, or has Kate’s exposé tipped the scales? Tune in to find out!
