For the first three weeks of this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, it looked like AngryGinge and Aitch had the jungle on lock.
The Twitch streamer and the Manchester rapper were voted for trial after trial, made rival camp leaders, and quickly became the loudest, most meme-able duo in camp. Bookies had Ginge as the runaway favourite to be crowned King of the Jungle from virtually day one.
But now the tide has turned – and it’s turned hard.

AngryGinge and Aitch have proved that they are popular with the I’m A Celebrity viewers after being voted for a number of Bushtucker Trials on the ITV show

Fans are accusing ITV of turning the 2025 series into “The Aitch & Ginge Show”, claiming the pair are being given an unfairly favourable edit while the rest of the campmates are barely seen. The backlash exploded on Reddit this week, with one viral thread summing up the growing frustration:
“Early on I liked them and seeing the pair together, but now both of them I find so irritating. Ginge seems to always complain and moan about doing the washing up, acting up for the cameras. And Aitch, while I don’t outright despise him, still gets on my nerves.”
Hundreds of comments poured in agreeing:
“It’s the Aitch and Ginge show. Take them out and give everyone else a better edit and you’d still have an entertaining show.”
“They do this every year – highlight the campmates they think will get votes and starve the others of airtime.”
“If those two left, maybe the quieter people would finally get a chance to come out of their shells.”

The complaints come as the bookies have dramatically shifted their odds. After dominating the market for weeks, AngryGinge (real name Morgan Burtwistle) has been overtaken by Aitch (Harrison Armstrong), who is now the clear favourite at 7/4 with Ladbrokes. Ginge has drifted to second at 15/8.
The pair haven’t exactly helped themselves lately. From the infamous “Milk Gate” – where they and Kelly Brook secretly scoffed milk-bottle sweets then tried to lie about it even after Kelly spilled the beans on her exit – to Ginge’s full-blown strop over washing-up duties and clashing with Kelly over eating rice out of mugs, the constant drama is starting to grate on viewers.
Even the once-sparked “romance” between Aitch and Shona McGarty has fizzled out, leaving fans with nothing but the same two faces in every scene.

Aitch, real name Harrison James Armstrong, has been revealed as the favourite to be crowned winner of the ITV show

AngryGinge, real name Morgan Burtwistle, has been knocked off the top spot
Defenders of the duo are still out in force, arguing the show would be “pretty dull” without them:
“Let’s be real, take those two out (especially at this stage), what do we have? A pretty dull show.”
“The only genuinely funny ones this year are Ruby, Ginge, Aitch, Lisa and Tom. Everyone else’s best moments are when they’re reacting to Ginge or Aitch.”
But the loudest voices right now are the ones shouting “enough is enough”.
Whether ITV has overplayed its hand by force-feeding the public Aitch and AngryGinge remains to be seen – but with the final fast approaching, the backlash is growing louder by the day.
Has Britain’s love affair with the jungle’s loudest bromance officially soured?
The vote lines will tell the real story.
