The villa was already on edge, but tonight’s episode of Love Island All Stars delivered a bombshell that no one saw coming: a brutal boys’ choice recoupling that could send someone packing—and with it, any sense of safety or loyalty among the islanders.
Just when it seemed Scott van-der-Sluis and Charlie Frederick had each other’s backs, Scott dragged Charlie for a fiery chat that exposed cracks in their bromance and left the entire villa stunned.
It all started earlier in the day. Scott and Millie Court were lounging on the sun decks when Charlie walked straight past them, hand-in-hand with Jess Harding, heading to the Secret Garden—right in front of Millie, who he had kissed only hours before.
Scott didn’t hold back. Pulling Charlie aside, he said: “Me and Mills were sat there and you walked straight past us with Jess. That’s the first time I’ve been shocked in here…”
When Charlie asked why, Scott hit him with the truth: “Maybe having your cake and eating it a little bit…”
Charlie insisted he’d done nothing wrong because he’s single, but Scott wasn’t buying it. “You know you and Millie are going quite well,” he fired back. “You didn’t need to take Jess to the Secret Garden. This whole villa is about navigating grey areas.”
Charlie stood his ground: “I’m a single guy in here, bro. I’m gonna do what I wanna do.”
The tension exploded as Charlie stormed off mid-conversation, with every islander watching in silence.
The fallout comes at the worst possible moment. After Charlie had kissed Millie, then admitted he and Jess were desperate to kiss each other, Millie drew a hard line: no more kisses from her if he was exploring both connections.
Later, Charlie and Jess headed to the Secret Garden. They didn’t kiss—but on their way out, Charlie theatrically wiped his mouth, winding up the entire villa.
Then the real twist dropped: the islanders learned a recoupling is imminent, with the boys choosing which girl they want to couple up with. Anyone left single faces immediate elimination from the villa—no immunity, no second chances.
Charlie wasted no time pulling Jess to the terrace, telling her: “I’m not in a couple with anyone. I want to explore everything before I make that decision. I don’t want regrets.”
With alliances fracturing and elimination looming, one question hangs over the villa: will Charlie’s actions cost him not just Millie’s trust, but Scott’s support when the boys make their choices?
Love Island All Stars continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
