Lisa Hochstein took to Instagram on Wednesday night to call out her Real Housewives of Miami co-star Larsa Pippen for what she claims was a deliberate attempt to paint a “false narrative” about her boyfriend, Jody Glidden. The drama unfolded after the latest episode of the Bravo reality series, where Larsa, 50, accused Jody, 51, of acting “crazy” and yelling during a group trip to Milan for fashion week. Larsa also suggested that Jody was unsupportive of Lisa during the getaway, a claim Lisa, 42, vehemently denies.
In her Instagram post on June 18, Lisa slammed Larsa for sharing a “staged” photo from their trip, which she alleges was manipulated to misrepresent Jody’s behavior. According to Lisa, Larsa zoomed in on a single group picture where Jody’s eyes appeared darkened, despite everyone in the photo album having similar lighting effects. “She’s not a friend; she was working overtime to paint a false narrative,” Lisa wrote. She questioned why castmate Julia Lemigova asked, “What did his eyes look like?” without seeing the image, only for Larsa to produce the zoomed-in photo, portraying Jody as angry and glaring at Lisa, even though Lisa herself was in the picture.
Lisa called the portrayal “so fake it’s gross” and emphasized Jody’s support during a deeply emotional time in her life. “Jody was kind enough to come and support me with this and the death of my father,” she shared, noting that she was absent from the episode’s final scene—where her castmates discussed her and Jody—because she was in Toronto saying goodbye to her father and attending his funeral.
To counter Larsa’s narrative, Lisa shared the unfiltered images from the Milan trip with her followers, urging them to “see for yourself how staged that was.” She questioned Larsa’s choice of the specific photo, asking, “Why pick that one?”
The post sparked supportive comments from fans, with one follower noting the triviality of the drama compared to the loss of Lisa’s father. The commenter wrote, “This sh*t is trivial compared to the loss of your father, just glad you had time to reconcile with him before his passing….. Also we can all see how kind and gentle Jody is with you, reality tv is made to be [drama-filled]… Nice to see you thriving and happy this season…. so far.”

In response, Lisa opened up about her gratitude for reconciling with her father before his sudden illness and passing. “It was incredibly difficult to finally, after years of being estranged from my father, have closure, have him see my kids, and finally meet my daughter for the first time in Toronto just a couple months before he suddenly became ill,” she replied. “I’m so thankful for that.”
The feud highlights the ongoing tension between Lisa and Larsa, with Lisa accusing her co-star of using manipulative tactics to create drama for the cameras. As the season progresses, fans are left wondering whether this clash will escalate further or if Lisa’s defense of Jody will shift the narrative in her favor.
