On Monday night the Islanders took part in the iconic and much-loved heart-rate challenge – and it certainly shocked viewers.
Fans blasted Helena for making a VERY X-rated comment to former flame Harry during a raunchy lap dance – despite sparking tense love triangle with Harrison and Toni.
And the upcoming episode of the programme sees Harry’s girl Shakira find out what she said.
Alima tells Shakira: ‘Helena whispered on his ear, ‘I can’t wait to f*** you’ and I think that’s the reason why his heart went like that. He knew that she whispered that and I think he should have told you last night…’

The girls went first, with Toni leading the way, and attempted to raise the boys’ heart rates with saucy performances.
Alima’s heart-racing entrance stunned the men while Emily dressed like an angel and Shakira throwing rose petals.
He later asks Tommy to pass the cheeky message on and Dejon looks shocked when he hears what Helena said.
The boys then took their turn to raise pulses too – Tommy’s go-to was a whopping bouquet of red roses, while Conor tried his best with a Rugby ball.
Harrison donned pleather as he tries to impress the girls while Giorgio dressed like a waiter and poured chocolate on his torso.
As for Harry, he wore gold angel wings and chooses to whisper back in Helena’s ear.
Dejon’s trick involved him lying Meg down on the floor.
At the end of the challenge, the Islanders are told who raised their heart rates the highest and the results caused shock waves amongst the group.
Shakira was left fuming that her partner Harry’s heart rate was raised the most by ex flame Helena.
The evening before, Shakira confronted Harry about his kiss with Helena during the game of Snog, Marry, Pie.
She asked him: ‘Why did you do it?’
Harry replied: ‘Because I had no reason to kiss anyone else.’
But Shakira wasn’t pleased with his reasoning and fumed: ‘You knew that would p**s me off.
