Drama is brewing in the Bravo universe, and Lisa Vanderpump is not here for Scheana Shay’s accusations! The “Vanderpump Rules” veteran, 40, recently took aim at her former boss, alleging that Vanderpump exploited her personal scandals for fame and fortune. But the queen of reality TV, 64, clapped back with a fiery dismissal, calling Shay’s claims “bulls–t” and proving she’s unfazed by the shade.
While out in Los Angeles on Tuesday, Vanderpump was caught by a TMZ paparazzo and didn’t hold back when asked about Shay’s accusations. “Guess what? I don’t care what she says, how about that?” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum quipped, brushing off the drama with her signature wit. Instead, Vanderpump shifted focus to a far more pressing concern—mourning the rumored passing of rock icon Ozzy Osbourne. “That’s the saddest thing,” she said, climbing into her car. “Important things are what matter to me, not her bulls–t claims.”

Shay’s allegations stem from her new book, My Good Side, where she claims Vanderpump used her 2006 fling with actor Eddie Cibrian to fuel the launch of her reality TV empire. The affair, which became a hot topic on a 2013 episode of RHOBH, introduced Shay to Cibrian’s then-wife, Brandi Glanville, sparking major drama that helped birth the Vanderpump Rules spinoff. According to Shay, Vanderpump was fully aware of her past with Cibrian but played coy on camera, allegedly “gaslighting” her for a decade. “She doesn’t make mistakes. She makes moves and then calls them coincidences,” Shay told Us Weekly during her press tour.

Shay, who starred on Vanderpump Rules for 11 seasons before Bravo opted for a cast overhaul, didn’t stop there. She accused Vanderpump of manipulating her to follow a scripted narrative. Recalling a Season 6 moment, Shay claimed Vanderpump pressured her to defend co-star James Kennedy during a staff meeting after he insulted Katie Maloney’s outfit. “I’m getting a death stare from Lisa, like, ‘When are you going to speak up? When are you going to stick to the script?’” Shay alleged. She also insisted that her relationship with Cibrian happened without her knowing he was married, emphasizing, “He’s the one who lied. He is the one who cheated. He is the homewrecker.”

But Vanderpump’s unbothered response paints a different picture—one where Shay’s accusations are little more than a desperate grab for attention. The restaurateur’s empire, built on her sharp business acumen and undeniable charisma, hardly needs manufactured drama to thrive. With Vanderpump Rules set to return with fresh faces, it seems Shay’s attempt to rewrite history has fallen flat, while Vanderpump remains firmly in control, dismissing the noise with her trademark poise.
