According to The Sun, the love triangle blew up once again after Shakira dumped her partner Conor Phillips, with her ex Harry jumping to her side to support her.
The turn of events reportedly led to a huge row between Harry and Helena, resulting in the pair calling things off in another dramatic twist.
A source told the publication: ‘That old triangle is very much back. In the bust-up, Harry admitted he still had feelings for Shakira.
‘He said he didn’t plan to act on it but Helena was gutted and furious and told him she was done.

Harry and Shakira were previously coupled up but he dumped her after his ex Helena pursued him for weeks, with the pair getting their romance back on track.
After weeks of uncertainty and Harry turning his head, he then finally made things official with Helena in scenes which aired on Tuesday.
However, the relationship bliss wasn’t to last as Helena was left fuming just hours later when Harry asked his ex Shakira to hang out after leaving the villa.
While comforting Shakira after her failed romance with Conor, he cheekily told her: ‘I like talking to you… we haven’t talked to each other for ages.’
‘I really think it’s a good idea if we hang out on the outside,’ he then added in a remark which left viewers shocked.
Conor walked past and witnessed the scene, and was quick to tell Helena – who was left fuming after her and Harry finally closed things off.
She raged: ‘You don’t think she’s lost her head that me and Harry have gone exclusive?’

He brazenly even told the other boys that he could win Shakira back if he wanted to after she pursued a new romance with Conor.
However, Shakira cooled things off with Conor on Wednesday night when she told him she couldn’t get over past situations in the villa after her split from Harry.
Conor and Shakira had previously come into conflict in their relationship over his belief that she had lingering feelings for Harry.
Just moments after they cut things off, Conor’s ex Megan Forte Clarke then made a very shocking return to the villa – no doubt setting up another love triangle.
She arrived alongside former islander Blu Chegini, who was also given a second shot in the villa after being axed – prompting mixed responses from viewers who felt it was ‘unfair’.
Blu was the second islander to be eliminated from the ITV show, while Megan was dramatically dumped shortly after by the public.
