Former Love Island USA Season 6 contestant Leah Kateb took to Instagram to label co-star Kenny Rodriguez “racist” following his split from JaNa Craig.
The Love Island USA star shared to her followers, “@kennyrodriguez Put a sock in it ChatGPT heada**. Tell the truth for once! Racist, clout/money hungry and a scammer since DAY 1!!!!! Tryna make it seem like it’s something it’s not. Dw, our Nay is blessed & highly favored.”
This came in response to Kenny’s statement following JaNa sharing to her page that the pair have split. Following two days full of rumors and speculation that the pair had called it quits after JaNa and several cast members unfollowed Kenny, especially Love Island host Ariana Madix, JaNa took to social media to post a statement addressing the fan speculation.
JaNa said, “Hi my loves. Thank you for all your love & support. It means the world to me. As you know, Kenny and I no longer together,” the 28-year-old wrote on her Instagram story.

She continued, “Please know that I have seen all the breakup theories and none have matched up to how terrible, disgusting and disappointing it truly is. Discovering that someone you loved isn’t who you thought they were and that the relationship you thought you were building hasn’t been genuine since day one has been truly devastating.”
Kenny later posted his own statement just minutes later, sharing, “The past few days have been incredibly difficult. I’ve been quietly sitting with a lot of emotions and doing my best to process. Everything privately break ups are never easy, especially in the public eye sometimes despite how deeply you care for someone, you come to the hard truth that the relationship was not something that could last long-term.”
He continued, “I’ll always be grateful for the time we shared in the memories we created. I release this chapter with no ill will only I hope that JaNa’s path forward brings her nothing but happiness.”
JaNa shared a fiery response to Kenny’s statement, writing, “@kennyrodriguez stfu you manipulative liar. You not taking accountability and telling people the type of person you really are is insane to me!! My first statement was me being nice. Do not piss me off.”
That’s when Leah jumped in and shared her reaction, demanding Kenny take further accountability.
Leah, Kenny, and JaNa all met on Season 6 of the show, and star in Peacock spin-off Beyond the Villa together. Kenny and JaNa hit it off on the reality show, but aside from their split, their relationship had its bumps.
In the villa, Kenny decided to explore another connection and bring Catherine back from Casa Amor, throwing a wrench in the works of their blossoming relationship. Ultimately, JaNa and Kenny worked it out and the pair became boyfriend and girlfriend before placing third on the show.
Kenny has not responded to either of the posts, which include a tag to him directly. The Mirror US has reached out to Kenny’s representatives for comment.
