SHOCKING REVELATION! Coleen Rooney’s Secret Advice For ‘I’m A Celebrity’ – And The Trial He’s DESPERATE To Run From

In a jaw-dropping twist that’s got fans buzzing, Twitch sensation Angry Ginge—real name Morgan Burtwistle—has spilled the beans on some insider tips he snagged before heading to the Aussie jungle for I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!. The 25-year-old streamer, boasting millions of devoted followers, revealed he got game-changing advice from none other than Wagatha Christie queen Coleen Rooney herself.

During a lively chat on Capital Breakfast with hosts Jordan North, Chris Stark, and Sian Welby, Ginge opened up about his unexpected ally. “When you get to a trial, empty your water out because the water you get in the jungle is smoky, apparently,” he dished. Following Coleen’s clever hack, he added, “They’ve got to give you fresh water when you get there.” Chris couldn’t help but praise the ingenuity, quipping, “That’s clever!”

But that’s not all—Coleen also warned him to cut back on caffeine to dodge those dreaded withdrawal headaches. Jordan, a 2020 jungle vet, backed it up fiercely: “Mate, I can’t stress that enough. I didn’t do it and I had a headache for four days straight. Start now.” Ginge, looking a tad sheepish, confessed with a laugh, “Well, I got told to start about three weeks ago and I still haven’t.” He teased there was one more nugget of wisdom, but it slipped his mind mid-chat. “Yeah, I’ve been given a few bits of advice,” he summed up.

Of course, no I’m A Celebrity prep is complete without facing the fears. Ginge didn’t hold back on what he’s dreading most in the infamous camp. “I don’t want to put anything in my mouth that I don’t feel comfortable putting in my mouth,” he admitted bluntly. “Yeah, the eating trials and the drinking—I’m not going to be a fan of.” And as for creepy crawlies? “Obviously, any sort of weird animal like a tarantula or snakes I’d like to avoid. But, believe it or not, I feel as though I’m going to the wrong place to avoid them.” Ouch—talk about walking straight into the nightmare!

Ginge is set to join a star-studded lineup Down Under, including his rapper buddy Aitch (also 25), comedy icon Ruby Wax, and Spandau Ballet legend Martin Kemp. The excitement ramps up with exclusive snaps from The Sun capturing Ginge and fellow campmates—Ruby Wax, Lisa Riley, Alex Scott, and Jack Osbourne—diving headfirst into a spine-chilling Bushtucker Trial. Picture this: snakes slithering all over them right after Ant and Dec’s cheeky welcome!

An eyewitness spilled to The Sun: “This year’s celebs have well and truly been thrown in at the deep end—the trial looked absolutely horrendous. At one point after the trial, Jack was standing up and waving. Ant and Dec looked to be in their usual high spirits. After they were all finished filming, Ant put a Newcastle United top on. He then held up a photograph of himself—and was also being pictured holding a snake.”

Adding to the wild vibes, Kiosk Kev was spotted cruising in the hilariously grotesque “Cockovan”—a vehicle pimped out to resemble a massive cockroach. If that’s not a sign of the chaos to come, what is?

As Ginge gears up for the ultimate survival showdown on ITV, one thing’s clear: with Coleen’s secrets in his pocket and a roster of trials he’d rather flee, this jungle adventure is going to be unmissable. Will he conquer the creepy critters or crack under the pressure? Stay tuned!
