1. Michelle Walder and Owen Jenkins: The Original Trailblazers

Owen Jenkins and Michelle Walder were the first Married at First Sight UK couple to actually stay together after their wedding. They tied the knot on series 5 of the show back in 2020, and back then couples actually did legally get married. They got on from day one and have been together ever since. Kicking off our list are Owen Jenkins and Michelle Walder, the pioneering duo from Season 5 in 2020—who were the first MAFS UK couple to actually stick it out! Back then, the show’s weddings were legally binding, adding extra pressure to their instant connection. From their very first “I do,” sparks flew, and they’ve been inseparable ever since. Their love story hit new heights with the arrival of their daughter, Jessica Charlotte Amytis, in December 2023. 2. Tayah Victoria and Adam Aveling: From Showmance to Real-Life Romance

Tayah Victoria and Adam Aveling met on the show in 2021. That year, their was a change made so that the weddings in the show were no longer legal unions, but Adam proposed to Tayah for real at the end of the process and they married in December 2023. They also welcomed the first baby to be born as a result of the show., and have gone on to have a second. Season 6 in 2021 brought us Tayah Victoria and Adam Aveling, whose journey took a plot twist when the show ditched legal marriages. But that didn’t stop their chemistry from igniting! Adam sealed the deal with a genuine proposal at the end of the experiment, and they made it official with a real wedding in December 2023. As the first MAFS UK couple to welcome a baby from the show, they introduced daughter Beau Emily Aveling in October 2022 at Doncaster Hospital. 3. Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson: Redefining Their Vows

Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson have been together ever since meeting at the altar during Married at First Sight UK season 7 in 2022. They revealed in October 2023 that they had taken off their wedding rings from the show, as they were not actually married, and wished to date like a regular couple. However, they did also say they'd like to marry one day on their MAFS wedding date. Enter Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson from Season 7 in 2022—the dynamic pair who turned a scripted altar into a real-life love affair. After ditching their symbolic wedding rings in October 2023 to date like a “normal” couple, they kept the flame alive with big dreams ahead. In June 2024, they got engaged for real, and earlier this year, they shared plans for a 2026 wedding on their original MAFS date. 4. Shona Manderson and Matt Pilmoor: The Reunion Romance

Shona Manderson and Matt Pilmoor met at a reunion for series 8 of Married at First Sight UK. They were actually each paired with other people by the experts during the experiment, but those relationships ultimately didn't work out. Due to the timing of their entrances into the show, they didn't actually meet while the process was on-going. They met once the experiment had finished, at a reunion party for all the cast members, in June 2023. They have been dating ever since and are said to want to get married and start a family. Season 8 delivered an unexpected gem with Shona Manderson and Matt Pilmoor, who didn’t even meet during filming! Originally matched with others (spoiler: those didn’t last), they crossed paths at a cast reunion party in June 2023. What started as a post-show spark has blossomed into a committed relationship, with talks of marriage and starting a family on the horizon. Their tale shows that sometimes, love finds you when you least expect it—off-camera and all the better for it!

5. Abigail and John: The Ultimate Sweethearts

Abigail and John fell for each other the moment they saw each other at the altar in MAFS UK series 10, and they have remained besotted with each other ever since. They declared their love for one another after a few weeks together and  didn't have one crossed word with each other throughout the experiment. At the reunion they told the experts and their co-stars they wanted to be together for the rest of their lives. They also said they were planning on moving in together and would have at least one child. They are definitely one of the most loved-up couples ever seen in MAFS history.

Rounding out our list are Abigail and John from Season 10, whose love-at-first-sight moment at the altar was pure magic. From day one, they were head over heels, declaring their forever feelings just weeks in without a single hiccup. At the reunion, they gushed about lifelong commitment, moving in together, and welcoming at least one child into their world.
