The 56-year-old discussed how she had undergone surgery during her illness but felt she “should be dead” as a result of the confession.
Speaking with Feyisola in the bedroom, her co-star complimented her breasts to which Caroline quipped: “Oh they aren’t real because I had breast cancer.
“I should be dead, I should be dead.
“If I hadn’t have gone when I did…”
Feyisola asked more about her time with the condition and why Caroline decided to have her boobs checked out to which she responded: “I was playing with my necklace.
“I had a cross necklace on and I just thought [feeling her chest], ‘oh, what is that, there?’.
“I went to the doctor and he sent me to the hospital.
“The woman went, ‘oh my god’.
“I had a lumpectomy.
“I still have my nipples thank god. But he put a boob in there and then he said, ‘I might as well put a boob in there too’.”

Caroline started her career in celebrity PR and has rubbed shoulders with a slew of stars over the years.
She was also previously involved with TV presenter, Matthew Wright.
They dated from 2003 while Matthew was hosting his own Channel 5 show The Wright Stuff.
In 2005, while out with Matthew and her mum in Primrose Hill, north London, Caroline was the victim of a “happy slapping” attack.
At the time, she had suffered hair loss from breast cancer treatment and was called a “slaphead” and knocked to the ground by a gang of teenagers.
“Happy slapping” was a new crime phenomenon in the early 2000s where gangs attacked random victims and filmed it on mobile phones.
In her introduction, Caroline revealed she’s been engaged five times, adding: “I’ve tried to live with men and I just can’t.
“There’s something wrong with them.”
