Strictly Come Dancing’s Ellie Goldstein has sparked concern among fans after appearing “upset” and being comforted by her co-stars.
The 23 -year-old model and actress, who made her live performance debut with partner Vito Coppola on Saturday (September 27) night, was seen being consoled by fellow professional dancers Dianne Buswell, Karen Hauer and celebrity contestant Harry Aikines-Aryeetey.
Ellie and Vito graced the famous dance floor to perform a Cha Cha Cha to Ariana Grande’s Yes, and? scoring a total of 17/40 for their energetic routine.
The pair received four points each from judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Shirley Ballas, and five marks from Anton Du Beke.
As host Claudia Winkleman later spoke to La Voix and Aljaž Škorjanec about their routine, viewers noticed Ellie looking visibly upset, reports Wales Online.

Fans quickly took to social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, to express their concern. One fan wrote: “I hope Ellie is okay. She looked a little upset just now. #Strictly.
Another added: “Ellie looks a bit upset so it’s lovely to see Harry and Karen comforting her #Strictly #StrictlyComeDancing.”
A third person commented: “I hope Ellie is ok bless her #Strictly,” while a fourth noted: “Love how Dianne, Vito, Harry and Karen are with Ellie! ! ! #Strictly.”

A fifth viewer observed: “Ellie looked quite uncomfortable just now, but was impressed by how caring and comforting the Strictly dancers were being with her. That’s wonderful to see. #Strictly.”

After their routine, judge Motsi praised how Ellie and Vito’s performance had boosted her spirits, though she encouraged the model to maintain better floor contact for improved “strength”.
Head judge Shirley also highlighted some timing difficulties throughout the routine, but was full of praise for Ellie’s “body rhythm”, before gifting her a fan decorated with the word ‘fabulous’.
However, it was Ellie’s response to Craig that had Strictly fans rushing to social media.
